Responsibilities


The City Clerk’s Office handles the Finance function for the City, which includes:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Analysis of financial data
  • Preparation of all monthly and fiscal year-end financial reports
  • Preparation of supporting documentation to assist the external auditors during the annual year-end audit process
  • Implementation of new accounting pronouncements and standards
