Notice is hereby given to all interested persons or firms that sealed bids, submitted in triplicate, will be accepted by the City of Chipley, located at the Chipley City Hall, 1414 Main Street, Suite 9, Chipley, Florida 32428, until 2:00 p.m., local time on, September 25, 2020 for the following item or items:
FEMA Pals Park Pole/Light Replacement – Baseball field poles and lights demo and replacement due to Hurricane Michael. Contractor will be responsible for demo of poles, cross-arms and lights and moved to desired area on property. Poles, cross-arms and lights will be replaced on specified poles.
Bids will be opened via ZOOM at 2:05 p.m., local time on, September 25, 2020.

IMPORTANT: Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: “City of Chipley FEMA Pole/Light Replacement” and identified by the Name of the Company, Name and Number of the Bid, along with the Date and Time of Opening. Bids will be received by either hand delivery to the City Clerk’s Office located at 1414 Main Street, Suite 9, Chipley, Florida or by mail at City of Chipley, Attention: City Clerk’s Office, Post Office Box 1007, Chipley, Florida 32428 by the Bid closing deadline.
The City requires an occupational license tax be paid for the privilege of engaging in any business within the city limits. Please contact the City Clerk’s Office for a fee schedule.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of fifteen days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bid award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder, but the right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
