Responsibilities
The City Clerk’s Office handles the Finance function for the City, which includes:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Analysis of financial data
- Preparation of all monthly and fiscal year-end financial reports
- Preparation of supporting documentation to assist the external auditors during the annual year-end audit process
- Implementation of new accounting pronouncements and standards
