CHIPLEY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA) SEEKS BOARD MEMBERS
Chipley, FL – The Chipley Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is accepting applications to serve as a CRA Board Member. There are three (3) vacancies open. Applicants must meet the following criteria for consideration:
A. Resides within the Agency’s area of operation; or
B. Is engaged in business within the Agency’s area of operation.
“engaged” is defined as owning a business or commercial building/land, practicing a profession, performing a service for compensation, serving as an officer or director of a corporation or other business entity so engaged.
Interested community members must contact the CRA Executive Director, Michael D. Maxwell, for the Application Form and a complete description of duties, responsibilities, and time commitment. The deadline for accepting applications is Wednesday, May 17 at 4:00 PM. Applications should be emailed to director@washcomall.com or delivered to 672 5th Street, Chipley, FL.
There will be an interview process with the goal of presenting candidates to the Chipley City Council for appointment in early July 2023.
